• DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

  West Bros has a showroom in High Point, North Carolina. It is open to the public to view and for purchase to the trade only. Consumers who wish to purchase will be directed to their nearest retail partner. Showroom is located at: High Point: IHFC Building, 210E. Commerce Avenue, #D-1144 High Point, North Carolina 336.885.3797. Your Hosts: Jollay Design Associates by appointment Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm.

• DO YOU SELL TO THE PUBLIC?

  We sell only to selected retailers who display, deluxe and service the furniture they carry. They are furniture specialists who can help you decide what styles, pieces, and colors are right for you. Some provide additional services such as decorating and delivery services that we cannot provide.

• HOW CAN I OBTAIN PRICING INFORMATION?

  Each retailer establishes their own prices. Our dealer locator can provide the address, phone number and a map to your closest retailer. Please contact them for pricing information.

• WILL YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR FURNITURE?

  We are able in most cases to customize our furniture designs and finishes. However, our manufacturing process is designed to take advantage of economies of scale from large production quantities and our equipment is geared to repetitive manufacturing processes to help reduce costs. Therefore, consult your local retailer to provide further details or submit your request for customization.

• WHERE CAN I PURCHASE REPLACEMENT BULBS?

  We purchase our lighting products from Furnlite Inc. You may be able to purchase through them or find a local retailer that carries their products. To order online, log on to www.furnlite.com

• HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY NEW FURNITURE?

  Please select the "Care and Cleaning" tab above. We have provided helpful cleaning and care tips to help ensure your furniture lasts for many years. We recommend keeping the relative humidity in your home approximately 40-45% to prevent splitting, warping and cracking of the hardwoods.

  Yes, we sell to designers throughout North America.
